What shirt brand do you print on?
All EnVeeUs Tees standard t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are printed on premium quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend American Apparel, Gildan or Bella + Canvas brands unless otherwise noted. Our items are unisex and tend to run large for women and true to size for men.
What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 4XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. Size 5XL is available upon request. These are unisex (men’s) tees. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
Most of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily use screen printed heat transfer processes for standard orders and vinyl heat transfer processes for all custom items unless otherwise noted.
How do I order custom items?
When ordering customizations like name, class, and embellishments, please add the item to your cart. Before checkout and your custom wording in the Notes section. Please be sure to check all spelling and information. No changes can be made after order has been completed.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will over time and frequency of washing. Black prints tend to fade the most but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
• Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days.
- Standard shipping time can be up to 10-21 business days after order leaves our facility.
- Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.

- You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally yet.
Do you offer local curbside pick-up?
- We offer local product pick up for all orders in Baltimore City.
- When ordering locally enter PICKUP in the discount code section for LOCAL ORDERS ONLY. Due to COVID-19, we are scheduling pick up appointments currently.
- Once your order is complete, we will schedule a pickup time and location by email.
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES after orders have been completed. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
Please note: All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
We print every product as it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.

Fit: Our shirts are all UNISEX. Unisex fit is equivalent to a women's fitted tee if sized appropriately. Please reference sizing chart to select the best fit for your gender and size.
